We calculate shipping costs by weight:

- Orders from 0 to 0.4 kg = €4.90
- Orders over 0.4 kg = €7.90

For orders over €30.00, we deliver free of shipping charges.

International Deliveries:

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of the goods will take place within 1-2 days, and international deliveries within 7-21 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Further Payment Details

When paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be settled within 14 days.

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account by the announced date.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
