Shipping

Each Kolter leaves our manufactory in Staufenberg carefully packed. Shipping is via DHL.

Standard Shipping Germany: €5.99 — free shipping for orders over €50.00. Delivery time 3 to 5 business days.

Express Shipping Germany: €9.99. Delivery time 1 to 2 business days.

European Union: €13.99. Delivery time 5 to 10 business days.

Other Countries: €19.99. Delivery time 7 to 14 business days. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes of the destination country may apply. These are to be paid by the recipient.

All shipping costs include statutory VAT. Pre-ordered Kolter will be shipped on the specified date.

Tracking: You will receive your DHL tracking number by email with the shipping confirmation.

Payment

We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract.
